B2B Onboarding: Required Information Checklist

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us! We are small manufacturer and we do most of our business directly with customers. However, we do recognize the value of having strategic partners that resell our products. Specifically Ineos Dealers and Ineos Specific Aftermarket Upfitters. To streamline your application and potential onboarding as a B2B customer and ensure we can process your account efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a Shopify Customer Account: Visit grenadierusa.com and set up a free customer account using your business email. This will allow you to access our wholesale pricing and order portal once approved.
  2. Gather the Information Below: Review this checklist and compile the required details. 
  3. Email Us Your Submission: Send all info to grenadierusa@thorntek.zohodesk.com with the subject line "B2B Onboarding Application - [Your Company Name]". Attach any required documents as PDFs or images. We'll review and approve within 2-3 business days.

Company Details

  • Company Name (Required): The legal name of your business.
  • Company Registration Number (Required): e.g., EIN (US), VAT ID (EU), or equivalent for tax and verification purposes.
  • Sector Are you an Ineos Dealer or an Aftermarket Installer? 

Contact Information

  • Primary Contact Name (Required): Full name of the person we'll communicate with.
  • Email Address (Required): Use your business email (must match your Shopify account).
  • Phone Number (Required): Include country code for international calls.
  • Website URL (Optional): Your company's site for quick verification.

Billing Information

  • Billing Address (Required): Full address including Street, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Country—for invoicing and tax calculations.
  • Tax ID (Required if applicable): e.g., VAT, GST, or sales tax exemption number; helps with accurate billing.
  • Payment Method Currently only credit card payments are accepted. Payment due upon receipt of invoice. 

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Address (Required): Full address (can differ from billing); include Street, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Country.

Legal & Verification

  • Proof of Business (Required): Attach a scan/PDF of your business license, incorporation certificate, or resale permit (JPG/PDF accepted).
  • Terms & Conditions Acceptance (Required): In your email, state: "I accept the Terms & Conditions."
  • Privacy Policy Consent (Required): In your email, state: "I consent to data processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy."

What Happens Next?

  • We'll verify your submission and link it to your Shopify account.
  • Approval email will include login details and next steps.
