How does the warranty work?

Grenadier USA provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship. To file a claim, email grenadierusa@thorntek.zohodesk.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. If covered, they'll repair, replace, or refund the product at their discretion.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours, with tracking emailed via Shopify. Delivery times vary by destination and product, and domestic orders over $50 ship free. International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items — custom and garage-sale items excluded. Buyers cover return shipping (we cover it for damaged or defective items), and refunds hit the original payment method within 3–5 days of inspection. No restocking fees

Is Grenadier gear made in the USA?

Yes — most products are designed, manufactured, and assembled in-house at our 10,000 sq ft facility in Florida. We follow a domestic-first sourcing policy and only look overseas when a U.S. option isn't viable.

Great product set

Great product set. Install of the shifter was bit tricky but the instructions/video was easy to follow. The pieces are great and love the look.

Only feedback would be to paint the H L Lock text on shifter knob. Purely for looks, once you know how to shift into Low or Lock it’s remembered. I might paint mine.

Nice High quality piece and solves my looking for the handle!!

What Ineos Should Be Doing

I installed the unit earlier in the day and was amazed how much cleaner it looked over what the factory provided.

The cerakote finish really makes this piece. Tolerances, fit and finish are first rate. A must addition to this unique vehicle

Rear Door Handle Plate

Looks finished now, but would match better with OEM trim in gray.
Install tip-put the OEM bolt from the handle back in the threaded hole so you have something to hold onto to retain the mechanism, otherwise it wants to slip inside the door.
