If a Grenadier product fails from a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we repair, replace, or refund it. No forms in triplicate, no restocking fees. Email grenadierusa@thorntek.zohodesk.com with your order number and a photo, and you'll hear back within 24 hours.

Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days from our warehouse. US delivery is 3–7 business days. Free ground shipping on orders over $50; flat $5 under that. International rates are calculated at checkout.

30 days from delivery. Product must be unused and in the original packaging. Full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt — no restocking fees. Final-sale and clearance items can't be returned.

Yes — for the most part. We have a 10,000 SF facility with a state-of-the-art machine shop. Most of our parts are designed, machined, and assembled by us from a mix of domestic and imported materials. There are certain items and processes that we just can't do ourselves and we count on our network of vendors to help us for those items. We're happy to break down sourcing on any specific product; email us and we'll send the details.

Great product set. Install of the shifter was bit tricky but the instructions/video was easy to follow. The pieces are great and love the look.

Only feedback would be to paint the H L Lock text on shifter knob. Purely for looks, once you know how to shift into Low or Lock it’s remembered. I might paint mine.

I installed the unit earlier in the day and was amazed how much cleaner it looked over what the factory provided.

The cerakote finish really makes this piece. Tolerances, fit and finish are first rate. A must addition to this unique vehicle

Looks finished now, but would match better with OEM trim in gray.
Install tip-put the OEM bolt from the handle back in the threaded hole so you have something to hold onto to retain the mechanism, otherwise it wants to slip inside the door.
