We have a solution to that issue in your Grenadier that has been pushing your buttons....because you constantly have to push this button.
Machined from 6061 Aluminum and 303 Stainless Steel, and designed to blend in with the factory styling. Custom made by GrenadierUSA. The Button Pusher holds in the Automatic Start/Stop or Park Assist Bypass buttons so you can drive in peace without having to press these button every time you turn on your truck.
Installation is simple, just remove the lower inboard trim screw and replace it with our assembly. An internal spring is set to deliver just enough force to lightly hold down your Auto Start Stop (ASS) button. If the button is held down when you turn on your Grenadier, the result is that the ASS function is turned off. Automatically. Every time you start the vehicle. So no more sudden engine shut downs at inopportune times.
The same Button Pusher can also be used on the Park Assist button. By engaging the button pusher on the Park Assist you automatically turn off the parking sensors upon starting the vehicle. This is a great option if you use a bike rack or have other gear/issues with your bumper mounted ultrasonic sensors.
PLEASE NOTE: OVER A 5 MONTH TESTING PERIOD, THERE HAVE BEEN NO ERROR CODES OR ADVERSE ISSUES RESULTING FROM USING THE BUTTON PUSHER FOR THE AUTO START STOP. WHEN USING THIS BUTTON PUSHER WITH THE PARK ASSIST YOU WE SEE AN ALARM FOR "PDC ERROR" AND YOU WILL ALSO SEE THE FRONT AND REAR SENSORS ARE TURNED OFF. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOW THIS OR ANY OTHER AFTERMARKET PART MAY AFFECT YOUR VEHICLE OR ITS WARRANTY.
Colors currently available are Black, Silver, and Red. The black is the most subtle of the colors and blends very well with the existing black square buttons. If you want this product to disappear, black is the best choice. Silver stands out a bit more than black and is a great choice is you want this part to be noticeable but still look like is blends in seamlessly with the factory styling. And is you want a pop of color, red is the best choice.
*Please note that anodizing is done in lots, so there can be minor variations in color from lot to lot.
**These are sold individually. You can choose to order one if you only want to bypass the Auto Start/Stop. If you want to also turn off your Park assist you would need to order two
I absolutely hate auto stop start almost as much as I hate having to constantly turn it off. This ingenious device fixes that and honestly looks pretty cool in the act. Looks great with the red transfer case shifter!

Park Assist Override Button Pusher
It works, but...using this causes the vehicle to indicate a malfunction of parking assist program in the car and display multiple malfunction indications to the driver which are distracting. I use a deer carrier on the rear end of the vehicle during hunting season and the warnings this switch holder creates are more distracting than just simply pushing the Parking Assist override each time. Good idea, well made, but functionally not ideal.

Love this storage idea. I typically keep sunglasses, wallet, and kleenex up here. There is one way that it could be improved though. When you accelerate, stuff tends to fly out of it despite the paracord stringer across the opening. That stringer should be higher up. Better yet, along both side edges, the unit should have evenly spaced grooves or serrations so the end user can decide how high they want to run the paracord retainer. Having another set of holes drilled in each side for additional paracord stringers across the opening (should the end user want it) could also be handy. Still... It's very handy to have.
