As comfortable as the Grenadier cockpit is, there is definitely a lack of space for placing and storing everyday items like wallets, glasses, papers, phones, etc. To solve this we went vertical and utilized the empty panels we had in our switch panel. The larger shelf fits in the central panel where the GRENADIER logo is located and this larger shelf will fit all Grenadiers. The smaller shelf fits in the rear-most panel for vehicles that don't have the High Load Auxiliary Switch Panel option. The shelf opening is approximately 1" tall and tapers to slightly less at the back of the shelf(towards front of vehicle). Installation is simple and uses a 4mm hex key and the existing factory screws. 

Grey 1/8" bungee is included to use for the optional retainer cords. (some photos show red but grey is included) This works for the opening of both size shelves as well as the underside of the larger shelf. If another color is desired, any 1/8" bungee can be used and these are easily sourced online.

I could use only 3 screws

I could use only 3 screws, still secure. Design, washer, not letting the 4th screw reachable, at least with the tools I have at home.

Would you mind emailing us a photo? grenadierusa@thorntek.com. If there is an issue I would like to swap out the bad part. This is definitely not the norm.

Great product and excellent way to increase the storage inside the Grenadier. I ordered the extra large version which has a big enough opening for my sunglasses case, wallet, and garage door opener. The extra large opening also clears the aux power switches when moving item in and out of the shelf. Another well thought out product by Grenadier USA.

Ghosted - Never Arrived + No Support

Never Arrived, sent messages and emailed with no responses. No support has been given.

Will have to reach out to credit card company to get a refund.

Tony, I apologize that it took me 3 days to respond to your customer support ticket. I try to respond much faster than that. Delivery was attemted for your package a few weeks ago and then it appears that that evening there was an attempt to update the delivery address and we think that the address change may have caused UPS to misplace the package. We have inquiries in with UPS but it has been a holiday long weekend so we have not heard back from them yet. We will upate you as soon as we hear back from them. Again, I apologize for this poor experience. We will do our best to get this resolved ASAP.
