As comfortable as the Grenadier cockpit is, there is definitely a lack of space for placing and storing everyday items like wallets, glasses, papers, phones, etc. To solve this we went vertical and utilized the empty panels we had in our switch panel. The larger shelf fits in the central panel where the GRENADIER logo is located and this larger shelf will fit all Grenadiers. The smaller shelf fits in the rear-most panel for vehicles that don't have the High Load Auxiliary Switch Panel option. The shelf opening is approximately 1" tall and tapers to slightly less at the back of the shelf(towards front of vehicle). Installation is simple and uses a 4mm hex key and the existing factory screws.
Grey 1/8" bungee is included to use for the optional retainer cords. (some photos show red but grey is included) This works for the opening of both size shelves as well as the underside of the larger shelf. If another color is desired, any 1/8" bungee can be used and these are easily sourced online.

Installed and keep my flashlight clipped to the tray, sunglasses hanging from bungee, and a pad and pouch for registration, license, etc....inside. Looks and functions great.
The small (rear) overhead panel fits my garage door opener and wallet securely and I can hang my sunglasses from the bungie. Super handy and provides just the cargo space I needed. A question that I had was addressed immediately by customer service. Great purchasing experience.
Looks and functions great! It could be another inch “deeper”? Maybe an option to consider adding if someone wanted it.
Love this thing. Glued the bezel mount points in for the forward ones to allow for easy install. Thing is def nice to have for tossing wallets, maps, snacks. Love it.
