Travis BullingtonVerifiedI'm a little unsure how to rate this. The machine finish on the metal is awesome. It's a really beautiful product. The cup holders are not oversized. They are the same size as the factory cup holders. The only difference is that there is a slot for a phone. But you can't use the slot when there's a drink in the cup holder. I feel very tricked by this. I also reached out to customer service and nobody responded. So, quality of the machine finish is 5 stars. It looks awesome. 1 star for oversized cup holders being the same size as factory. 1 star for nobody ever responding to me.

Grenadier USA provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship. To file a claim, email grenadierusa@thorntek.zohodesk.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. If covered, they'll repair, replace, or refund the product at their discretion.
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours, with tracking emailed via Shopify. Delivery times vary by destination and product, and domestic orders over $50 ship free. International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items — custom and garage-sale items excluded. Buyers cover return shipping (we cover it for damaged or defective items), and refunds hit the original payment method within 3–5 days of inspection. No restocking fees
